The awaken retreat is a sensation trip looking at energizing your body and relaxing your spirit. The three hour daily workshop involves movement creation inspired by the blue of the sea and the smell of the green. We will work outdoors focusing on individual movement creation by using our senses. The exercises given by the instructors are to help you find your unique way of expressing yourself. The workshop is very playful and the goal is to make you relax and enjoy! The last hour of the workshop is dedicated to a combination of yoga and pilates practice. The invitation in this wellness trip is with kindness and respect to your individuality which we encourage during sessions.
